Join the Oregon Bluegrass Association for our Annual Members Meeting on May 23rd at 2pm in Shaniko. The Meeting is a piece of the puzzle within the Hoot, Holler & Sing, held May 22–25, 2026 in Shaniko, Oregon

The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for members to hear updates, ask questions, and help shape the direction of OBA.

  • Plans and priorities for the coming year

  • Volunteer and leadership opportunities


Member Input & Discussion

We are intentionally setting aside time for open discussion. The meeting will include:

  • Structured agenda items to keep things focused and efficient

  • Dedicated time for member feedback

  • Open Q&A

  • Space for new ideas and suggestions

Whether you’ve been involved for years or recently joined, your input matters. OBA exists to support bluegrass musicians, fans, and communities across Oregon, and the Annual Meeting is one of the most direct ways to participate in that work.

More about Hoot, Holler & Sing

Hoot, Holler & Sing is a free weekend of camping and bluegrass music held each Memorial Day weekend in the small ghost town of Shaniko, Oregon. It’s a relaxed, community-centered gathering with informal jamming throughout the weekend.
