Corral Creek Bluegrass Band is a local band that formed 10 plus years ago and works to bring Bluegrass style music to Oregon area folks. Corral Creek has performed at the Old Fashioned Festival Hymn sing, Newberg Cultural Center, the High N Dry Bluegrass Festival in Bend, Oregon and many, many other venues around the NW.
The programs presented by Corral Creek are family shows and include toe tapping fiddle, banjo, mandolin, standup bass, and guitar in the old style before instruments were plugged in.
You will hear some sad tunes, Gospel tunes, original tunes from Northwest writers, and a few stories that are designed to bring on some smiles.
Corral Creek hopes you will all bring your smiles and voices to help on a sing-along or two.
